Position: Virtual Assistant

Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly professional and motivated Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position, requiring self-motivation, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle and prioritize all inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, correspondence)
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and compile data as requested
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support project coordination, event planning, and task tracking
  • Maintain and organize digital files and documentation
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and expense report preparation
  • Other administrative duties as required

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or executive administrative role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Dependable high-speed internet access and suitable technology setup for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience supporting senior management or C-level executives
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Trello)
  • Background in event planning or project coordination
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
