Are you a skilled welder/fabricator with a passion for working on big iron?  Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment?  We are looking for a Shop Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team as a heavy equipment company specializing in repairs, modifications, and custom builds. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on heavy equipment components (buckets, frames, booms, etc..
• Weld all types of metals (Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum).
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Fabricate custom parts and structural assemblies from raw steel and components.
• Use a variety of tools including torches, grinders, and saws.
• Assist with rebuilds, wear part replacements, and structural repairs.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and concise manner.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.
• Maintain high standard of Ethics and Dependability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience (heavy equipment or industrial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read technical drawings and weld symbols
• Experience with shop machinery (press brake, shear, drill press, etc.)
• Team player with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
• Welding certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Work independently.

Pay is competitive and based on experience

MUST be able to relocated within 30 days of accepting a job position.
