Schlouch Inc. has been Eastern PA’s leading site/civil contractor since 1983 and is still growing! We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable person to join our team as an Off Road Truck Driver.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently and as a member of a crew on active job sites; residential and commercial 
• Working knowledge of equipment capabilities and limitations dumping on and around uneven surfaces and slopes
• Be aware of overhead and existing underground utilities  
• Understand and follow OSHA and MSHA regulations   
• Ability to work in high temperatures, high noise levels, uneven surfaces, around traffic, and in various weather conditions

Requirements:

• Understand basic math, use hand/power tools
• Willing to work and travel to job sites in a 75 mile radius around Reading, PA
• Ability to Lift 50+ Pounds Required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required 
• Mentoring and training will be provided to the ideal candidate

Compensation:  

• Wage Based on Skill Level: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
