The Party Lead will assist in the execution of client facing store events, while providing first-class guest services within a full program of children, corporate/adult, tour and offsite events. Main responsibilities include working closely with the Event Coordinators to assist in the execution of the event schedule, support in the onsite management of client needs, vendors and event activations and manage onsite staff.


  • Lead store events which include but are not limited to, birthday parties, adult cocktail parties, showers, corporate luncheons, product launches, consumer and media events
  • Consistently provide an exceptional event experience, working closely with clients and anticipating needs
  • Coordinate roles and assignments for party associates and supervise all staff during the event and event setup and breakdown
  • Oversee and assist in the set-up and break down of all event materials and equipment
  • Provide feedback and periodic reports to Event Coordinator(s) with pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes
  • Organize all event related inventory
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and enforce and uphold all company policies, operating procedures and processes
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for staff training and ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
  • Create a positive, welcoming and memorable experiences for our clients


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be extremely energetic and high spirited individual
  • Work well with people of all ages, especially children
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking skills to team and managers
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, “can do” environment with a high degree of detail orientation
  • Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
  • Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work as a mediator between the management and the staff
